Finally.
January 3, 2008I swear, making a blog is more trouble than it’s worth. I could be doing exciting things with my life- skydiving, base jumping, curing cancer, but no. I’m sitting here blogging. At least I don’t have school today!
That’s one good thing about England- absurdly long breaks. We have three “terms,” which are like quarters. Half-way through each term, we have a one week break called “half term.” (Creative with the names, these Brits) Then we have about three weeks for both Christmas and Easter holidays. So really, it’s all good here. I don’t go back to school until Tuesday! woot.
A few questions about WordPress:
- What on earth is the difference between tags and categories?
- Wtf is a post slug? Sounds gross.
- Why are all the example tags about animals?
Word count makes me feel like I don’t have enough to say.
cheers,
Beatrice
Srsly, get a better standard layout.
Categories are like…well, go to axis.myth.nu and there are bunches of categories there. I think tags would show up in a search, although I’m not sure. Probably just a lamer version of categories.
Post slugs are what the url would be if you had permalinks with words.
And…i have no idea.
